HOOLIGAN is the much preferred three stateroom/three head compartment layout.

The luxurious panaramic aft master stateroom encompases the entire beam of the boat and includes a king size island bed, and an abundance of wardrobe storage and counter space. The ensuite bathroom is split with a large shower room with vanity to starboard and a water closet with vanity to port.

The equally comfortable and bright private port and starboard forward guest staterooms include a comfortable double berth, excellent wardrobe storage and a private ensuite bathroom.

The large galley is a chef's delight with excellent storage and counter space, direct access to the saloon, four burner propane stove with oven/broiler, and two front loading fridge/freezers.

The saloon has 360° visibility with Lagoon's signature verticle windows and sliding cockpit door, a large "L" shaped leather settee with two teak deck chairs, a dinning table and a lower helm station with a leather upholstered adjustable helm seat with back rest/arm rests.

The midship cockpit, which is on the same level as the saloon, is protected while still offering a splendid view and safe access to the flybridge. In addition, there is a comfortable cockpit on the foredeck and a wide full beam teak transom aft for easy access to/from the tender and operation of the hydraulic tender crane.

HOOLIGAN has been thoroughly well equipped by her owners who have spared no expense. She is equipped for long term cruising in total comfort and safety as well as full time living aboard.

HOOLIGAN is one of the last Lagoon 44 Power Cats build and was delivered to her owners in the summer of 2007. After an extensive period for adding an extremely long list of additional equipment her owners departed the Northeast and arrived to Florida in late December 2007. Due to health reason the original owner sold HOOLIGAN to her current owner in February 2008 and due to a change in plans is now offering her for sale.
