Eurobanker Flyebridge 12 meter Trawler Yacht, 2 X 6 Cylinder 120HP Ford Lehmans, Gorgeous original condition - big enough to live aboard all Summer (and winter -Full C.H. Radiators) yet still small enough to berth and move around marinas without drama.
Economical - the owner reports 1.14 miles to a liter of fuel which can be improved upon by running one engine at a time and cruising at a slightly lower speed.
The owner has since 2000 spent much time and money refitting and maintaining the vessel - she has apparently had only 2 owners in total.
Becoming increasingly popular since the rise in the cost of diesel fuel these boats are classics in the modern idiom, built where tropical hardwoods were plentifull and skilled labour available - the Eurobanker was a Dutch variation on the C-Kip - Grand Banks style of boat.
Should you have decided this style of boat could be for you - please consider not all things that look similar are similar - some of these types of vessel with fiberglass hulls have plywood superstructures and decks - often overlaid with teak - however time and weather have shown us that those such as this Eurobanker with fiberglass decks and superstructures and a cosmetic teak deck are an easier option to grow old with.
