COMMENTS: SATIN DOLL is a Custom Atlantic Duffy 37 Hardtop Cruiser which was launched in 2010, but recently finished by her Owner-Builder in the Summer 2012. Her owner is a U.S.C.G. licensed Master Mariner (any tons, any oceans), and is a lifelong boatbuilder and Classic Yacht enthusiast. His finishwork and attention to detail is of exceptional quality, which was validated this Summer when he won the 2012 Spectator’s Choice for Best Powerboat, and The Judge’s Special Award for the Spirit of Tradition at The Boston Antique & Classic Boat Festival in Salem, MA

SATIN DOLL’S design was inspired by the mahogany cruisers and Commuter Yachts of the 1920’s and 1930’s, such as Herreshoff’s, Elco’s, ACF’s & Wheeler’s (builders of Hemingway’s beloved yacht “Pilar”). However, this yacht incorporates low maintenance, modern materials, along with the seaworthiness, speed and reliability of the highly valued, modern Downeast-style Cruisers.

Please note that SATIN DOLL is a virtually new vessel with low hours and new equipment. Please come and inspect this modern day Classic. You will not be disappointed. Thank you for your interest.
