Salon

Salon

Very spacious area with a convertible couch along the aft bulkhead, two swivel chairs, a large coffee table (with storage inside) and a dining table with four chairs. At the starboard forward corner is a wet bar with a sink and storage lockers. The wet bar is open over the counter so you can look into the galley. The wall between the salon and the stairs down to the galley has been opened up. This is a great improvement from the original design. There is more storage available under the deck port and starboard. A large picture is over the couch. There are large windows on both sides that allow lots of light. These have Levelor blinds and valances. An extremely important feature is the access provided to the engine room through a hatch in the center of this room. It is opened electrically by a hidden switch, and makes it easy to get into the engine room or to make a visual inspection. Also, there is a soft patch in the overhead if an engine ever needs to come out of the boat. Four steps down at port aft corner leads to the Master Stateroom.

Master Stateroom

A King size island (walk-around) bed with center headboard contains controls for lights and stereo, plus bilge check switches and alarm. A huge amount of storage is provided with a closet at the aft bulkhead that is the full width of the room. Port and starboard are full-length counters with storage below. The port counter contains a dressing table mirror with special lighting and a stool for comfortable seating. The entertainment center is on the forward wall and includes a pullout shelf to use as a desk, TV, book storage and two more drawers. Included are the bedspread, 4 pillows and shams, 13” Panasonic TV (also radio & VHS), telephone outlet, rod storage for 4 rods, speakers for stereo, dressing table, carpet, tow pictures and Levelor blinds. This is an extremely spacious room, as large as or larger than those found on yachts to 80’ and more. There is excellent lighting, an escape hatch and just four steps up to the salon.

Master Head:

The tub and shower are a pleasant surprise because it is so easy to use and so spacious. A medicine cabinet is located behind sliding glass doors over the marbleized counter top. The head is an electric Delta Galley Maid head. Soap dispenser at sink and in the tub/shower. The counter top is simulated marble, 3 towel holders, mirrored medicine cabinet.

Guest Stateroom

A pleasant area with twin beds separated by a table with two drawers. There is also a 110-volt lamp on the table in addition to the standard lighting. There are six more drawers under the berths, a large hanging locker, and opening ports. The head is through a door in the forward bulkhead. The bath has a marbleized counter and a separate shower stall. The head is an electric Delta head. Soap dispenser at sink. Included are bedspreads, pillows, shams, blankets and sheets, telephone plug, dimmers for lights and stereo, drapes and one picture on the wall.

Guest Head:

Adjoins the Guest Stateroom through a door forward. There is another door into the hall that passes the Galley and goes to the forepeak so that this can also be used as a Day Head. There is a separate stall shower. The head is a Delta electric. The counter top is simulated marble. There is a soap dispenser at the sink and in the shower, two towel holders, a blower vent, drapes, and an opening port.

Forward Stateroom

Located all the way forward with upper and lower berths, hanging locker, six drawers, and an escape hatch. Includes bedspreads, shams, pillows, two reading lights and a tear ladder to the foredeck through the hatch. Access to the adjoining head (and shower) is at the aft starboard corner. Access to the chain locker is through a cabinet door on the forward bulkhead. In the hall leading to this forward stateroom is a separate closet for the washer and dryer.

Galley

On the starboard side just four steps down from the salon to the hall that goes forward. Included are seven large drawers, five cupboards, plus two other storage areas and more storage under the sink. A separate closet holds five shelves for use as a pantry. There is an MPV microwave oven, 4-burner glass cook top with a full size oven, a deep double stainless steel sink, trash compactor, and a side- by-side refrigerator. There is ample counter space on either side of the sink plus a small table that folds up into the interior wall. Another Access to the engine room is provided next to the refrigerator. This entire area has a lot of light and imparts a feeling of spaciousness and openness. Other features are four duplex 110-volt outlets, a soap dispenser at the sink, (2) water tank monitors, and a teak parquet floor. The wall between the galley and the steps to the salon has been opened, providing a very pleasant ambiance. Additional items in the Galley include: Paper Towel Holder Cutting Board 6 Duplex OutletsDual Water Tank Gauges Coffee Maker Dish Holders in cupboards Ample Lighting

The entire area is extremely well painted, very clean, and exhibits the best maintenance possible. The main engines look as if they were painted yesterday. There are two Halon fire extinguishing bottles, Racor fuel filters for both engines and both generators, an oil transfer system, very adequate insulation and a toolbox. Forward are the buckets that hold the shore power cables (Glendenning electric), three air conditioning units, and two separate Constavolt chargers.
