Salon Salon Very spacious area with a convertible couch along the aft bulkhead, two swivel chairs, a large coffee table (with storage inside) and a dining table with four chairs. At the starboard forward corner is a wet bar with a sink and storage lockers. The wet bar is open over the counter so you can look into the galley. The wall between the salon and the stairs down to the galley has been opened up. This is a great improvement from the original design. There is more storage available under the deck port and starboard. A large picture is over the couch. There are large windows on both sides that allow lots of light. These have Levelor blinds and valances. An extremely important feature is the access provided to the engine room through a hatch in the center of this room. It is opened electrically by a hidden switch, and makes it easy to get into the engine room or to make a visual inspection. Also, there is a soft patch in the overhead if an engine ever needs to come out of the boat. Four steps down at port aft corner leads to the Master Stateroom. |
