It is difficult to describe the interior of this yacht in nautical terms, although it was designed to be perfectly comfortable and functional while cruising. The interior living space of Jennifer Ann is less nautical and more luxury condo. When you step aboard, a large covered aft deck leads to a pair of doors, which lead into a huge, bright and open living area. Immediatly to starboard, there is the day head or a large half bath. Opposite, is a utility closet. The dining area is next, to port and features a beautiful marble dining table, leather upholstered chairs, and a china cabinet. The galley and breakfast bar are to stbd. Continuing forward, an office area is to port, staircase to belowdecks is to starboard, and the salon, or "living room" is forward. Large windows provide magnificent views and plenty of natural light.

Lower Deck

 A lovely cherry finish Staircase with secure handrails and non-skid insets on the treads, leads below. Here, one finds a large vestibule with access to all rooms, including the engine room (with watertight door). The master stateroom is forward, and among its many features are a king size centerline bed, bureaus and a vanity. table. The ensuite head compartment ahs double sinks, a large shower stall and Swanstone countertops. The walk-in(!) closet measures 90" x80".

Two more stateroom each have double berths, bureaus, closets, thick carpet and opening ports for ventilation. Each stateroom has an ensuite head compartment with full size shower stalls, ceramic tile floors, and Corian countertops.

A small guest/crew quarters cabin has a single berth, large bureau, and the washer & dryer (built-in under the berth)

The covered, carpeted aft deck measures 11' x19' and is tastefully furnished with wicker. A transom door leads to steps to the large swim platform. Side decks lead forward to the foredeck which is protected by high bulwarks. The upper deck is open to the sun and has tall safety railing. A four person hot tub is situated here  for privacy and to take advantage of the fabulous views. This area measures 36' x 19' and elegantly hosted the owners' daughter's wedding.
