Accommodations

Forward is the raised pilot house which provides great visibility and is loaded with electronics. The helm is to starboard with a large comfortable oversized, overstuffed captain's chair. There are cooling fans, large windows that open and also a hatch in the hardtop for plenty of ventilation. Down below are the crew quarters with head, sink, shower, ample storage, bunks and a larger V-berth forward.

Closed Cell Foam Core Deck & Hull Sides, NPG Gel Coat and new white with dark green splatter Gel Coat on the deck and bulwarks. Hand-laid, high density modified Vee-hull with full length performance keel with SS shoe. Structural laminates create exceptional strength and efficiency. A shallow draft w/10 Degree aft deadrise. Additionally there is a large stern shade with stereo and hailer speakers for the comfort of the crew at the work station.

Engine & Mechanical

Powered by a "like new" 580 hp 3046 Caterpillar 6 cylinder diesel engine with less than 1000 hrs SMOH and coupled to a Twin Disc MG506 11/2:1 marine gear. It is reported that this engine is extremely fuel efficient; using only 50 gallons per day on an average full day of offshore trap pulling!

Electronics

Furuno Navnet ii and computer with MaxSea program. The NavNet provides a MaxSea-NavNet installed PC with Radar and Fish Finder and essential navigation data from various sensors networked.

In turn, the MaxSea-NavNet takes control of the NavNet radar and Fish Finder and share essential navigation data in network.
