The interior layout of the Grand Banks 32 is light and spacious with great visibility all round thanks to large windows that extend the full length of the boat.  The helm station lies forward, to starboard, with all the instruments close at hand. Behind that is storage and an L-shaped settee with table that has leaves that fold up or down. The galley runs along the port side of the interior, with a settee aft of it, allowing seating for a good number of people round the table.  A doorway leads out onto the aft deck.

Forward of the galley and helm station you step down to the head and a large V-berth with good ventilation and excellent storage.
