COMMENTS This is the ONLY fresh water Sunseeker 68 Predator on the water. This typically adds an additional 20% value to the yacht versus comparible salt water yachts which will showthe effects of corrosion over time not just on the exterior but also with the running gear/mechanics/engine room. The owner ONLY uses the yacht 4 months a year during the Summer Season. The other 8 months of the year the boat is kept indoors in heated storage. This explains the LOW original hours of only 1200!! (1000hr service has been completed) And ALL manuals, maintenance & service records are onboard The bunk cabin has been converted into a laundry room & third bathroom which serves as a day head.
