Sleeps up to (6) owners and guests in three double staterooms plus a double convertible salon settee for a total of (8) overnight berths; two enclosed heads with showers. LAYOUT FROM FORWARD: Chain lockers are followed by the forward VIP GUEST STATEROOM, offering a queen berth on centerline; built in locker and drawer storage spaces; overhead and accent lighting plus reading lamps; privacy door aft; and private access to the GUEST HEAD with separate stall shower.

FORWARD COMPANIONWAY follows with foot of the stairwell to abovedecks plus access to the SHIP'S LAUNDRY and the outboard BUNK GUEST STATEROOM. Full beam MASTER STATEROOM is next aft with walk-around island queen berth on centerline; substantial built-in locker and drawer storage; overhead plus accent lighting and reading lamps; entertainment center and privacy door at both forward and aft at the AFT COMPANIONWAY. Master also features a private ENSUITE MASTER HEAD with separate stall shower. Stand-up ENGINEROOM access is to port off the aft companionway via watertight door.

ABOVEDECKS begins with the serious RAISED PILOTHOUSE, with well-equipped centerline MAIN HELM with captain's chair; dual wing doors offer quick deck access at either side. Raised bench seating with table aft is ideal for guests while underway or at anchor. Aft to starboard is indoor access to the FLYBRIDGE and BOATDECK above.

Down and aft is the MAIN DECK LEVEL with greatroom-style main cabin offering a U-shaped UP GALLEY to port with refrigerator in dedicated cabinetry opposite; open plan SALON includes everyone for easy conversation with refreshments. An ideal layout to showcase the beautifully-crafted joinery and woodwork aboard this vessel. From the warm cherry paneling and cabinetry to the granite, leather and custom blinds, the quality finishes are in keeping with her construction throughout.

Aft and out the salon doors is the ample AFT DECK, with hard top extending over about half. Wide walk-around side decks with good bulwark protection lead forward to the Portuguese bridge with storage and guest seating overlooking the FOREDECK. Finally aft is an oversized integral SWIM STEP with stainless staple rails and transom door for easy boarding.

BOAT DECK houses storage chocks and launch/retrieval davit system for the center-console Avon RIB TENDER with 50-hp Honda outboard.

Additional deck gear includes dual chain lockers forward; main and secondary anchors mounted on rollers with chain/rode and hydraulic anchor windlass with up/down at the foredeck plus flybridge remote. AFT DECK features a super-handy aft control station concealed in a dedicated cabinet with fathometer and VHF radio. ALSO NOTE built in guest seating, wet bar, and LAZARETTE access. Total of (5) gunwale-mounted doors for plenty of boarding options.


Mechanical Equipment & Engine Details

Original CAT engines were changed out for more fuel efficient John Deere mains, rated at 8 GPH at 1650 rpm for a 9 knot cruise. Engines are freshwater cooled with fuel filters; Glendenning engine controls at wheelhouse and flybridge helms plus starboard cockpit station; trolling valves; hydraulic BOW THRUSTER and STERN THRUSTER; Tank Tender gauges; (2) sea chests for raw water intake.
