"Day One" down below... "Day One" has the optional "Plus Package" that boasts a solid, bevel planked teak and oak sole, premium Corian countertops in the galley and head, and furniture quality satin finish varnish on all interior wood surfaces. Starting forward a large Island queen with custom topper is the focal point. Drawer storage, three lockers, deep shelves and a cleaver blanket storage area provide a place for everything. Private access to the huge head with separate shower complete the forward suite! Moving into the main salon the fold away table creates a huge living area. Set off by white ultra leather upholstery, solid teak and holly flooring, great headroom plenty of room to dance! The port side settee converts to a double and has chart storage below, the starboard settee has a deep hanging locker on the forward end. "Day Ones" very large "U" shaped galley features Corian counters, built in dishware racks, pull out rubish bin, large 12 volt frig/freezer, three burner propane stove w/oven, microwave and great storage, including dry good storage in the sole. A small flip up table into the settee adds additional counter space or a place to take a meal. The aft cabin is very interesting, it shares space with a large nav/station-office area. The electric powered helm seat white ultraleather and swings out with the push of a button. A very large double aft bunk is angled to maximize space and an opening port for ventilation. A removable panel can be inserted turning the "office" into a private cabin. |

brokers comment... This Island Packet 370 has been outfitted and maintained by a very knowledgable and meticulous boating couple. "Day One" has seen constant upgrades, professional service and careful use since well....day one! Dinghy outboard and personnel gear do not convey...
