Deck Aft deck which is enclosed with EZ2CY, new 1999. To starboard below a sliding glass side window are a built-in- L-shaped settee & drop-leaf dining table for six (eight in a pinch). To port, a custom teak cabinet houses a 9 cu. Ft. chest freezer & lockers w/fitted racks for wine glass storage. Between the two wing doors which leads to open side decks, a 5 cu. Ft. Sub-Zero fridge, new 2001, is flush-mounted in the forward bulkhead & a second teak cabinet contains a wetbar w/extensive glass & bottle storage. A door w/glass & screened upper panels leads forward to the main salon. Wing doors in the forward outboard corners lead to the side decks. Bridge deck the flybridge area contains seating for eight w/a cocktail table. The complete helm station includes the number two radar, remote GPS display and B & G instruments which display heading, depth or other selected information, readable anywhere around the flybridge. Aft of the flybridge are chocks for the two hard-bottom inflatables & several sailboards, as well as the electric davit. The tenders are a 16' Nautica hard bottom inflatable w/ a 70 HP Yamaha motor & a 9' Nautica w/a 2 HP Yamaha. All the way aft, overlooking the cockpit, is a third control station w/full throttle & shift controls, job lever rudder control & rudder indicator. Additional Main Salon has two custom cabinets provide space for stereo/video equipment, including a Sea-Tel sat-tv antenna system w/24 in. dish & 32 in. Sharp LCD tv. One side window on each side is the typical Burger opening type w/screen. The salon is paneled in walnut & furnished w/two sofas & end tables along the sides & a bulkhead mounted bookshelf forward, resulting in an open, airy arrangement which is enhanced by the large pass-thru to the galley. The cockpit contains four large lockers forward, stowage for large items in addition to the spare propellers below the sole & a transom door providing access to the large swim platform w/built-in tankage outside the hull for dingy fuel. From the cockpit, a stairway (not ladder) leads up to a wide door w/ removable but fully hinged upper & lower panels leading into the aft deck. Lazarette contains the drinking water tanks, steering gear, inverters & house battery banks. Aft of a final watertight bulkhead is the cockpit. Pilothouse has varnished teak with parquet sole, a raised pedestal section of the floor against the aft bulkhead contains two drawers for file storage. On this base are mounted two swivel chairs w/arm rests w/fold-down table between, enabling two wheelhouse kibitzers to eat a light meal or play a game of gin. Sliding doors on each side access the side decks, and to port, a stairway (not ladder) accesses the flybridge, w/ a stair angle & rail laid out to provide convenience for less agile passengers. Additional drawer, & locker space shares the forward bulkhead/dash area w/controls, instruments & electronics. Forward of the pilothouse, on the foredeck, is perhaps the most popular item of equipment on board-the jacuzzi/spa, designed for four adults & frequently used by considerably more kids. Plumbing in the forward & aft (total capacity 830 gallons) integral water tanks w/individual deck fills & plumbing to allow transfer between tanks. Spa has whirlpool pump w/ heater. (2) 24V Paragon Senior pressure pumps.Two 30 gal. electric water heaters. Three integral sewage tanks, one from each head, total capacity approx. 150 gallons w/deck fittings & macerator discharge pumps. Two 30-gal. food-grade polyethylene drinking water tanks in lazarette w/24V pressure pump, plumbed to separate faucets in galley, aft deck bar & both aft heads. Watermaker's Inc. 1500 GPD watermaker plumbed to both main tanks & drinking water tanks, & will process water from one main tank into the other. 150 gallon gasoline storage for tenders in swim platform tank. Engines-Northern Lights Lugger L6140A (new 1992, approx. 2700 Hr. 8/06), derated to 470 HP cont. at 1800 RPM's, 22 gal. per hour at full throttle. (Note: if desired, these engines can be adjusted to provide the normal pleasure craft output of 630 HP @2100 RPM for 2-3 knots add'l. speed after a propeller chg.) Gears ZF-IRM350PL., 2:1 reduction (new 1992). Prop shafts-Aquamet 22, 2 1/2" (new 1992). (shaft tubes through dbl bottom also new). #1 Generator-1200 RPM 20 KW Kilopak with sound shield (new 1992, approx. 1200 hr. 8/06). #2 generator-1800 RPM 15KW Westerbeke w/sound shield, new 2001 (approx. 600 hr. 8/06). All new Racor filters for engines & generators in 1992. All fuel hoses in engine room replaced at Burger in 1994. Kobelt hydraulic steering installed 1992, original cable system retained as backup. Panish controls. (2) 24V compressors supply single air tank for toilets, Kahlenberg horns & wipers. Full size washer & dryer in engine room (new 1992). (6) Cruise-air AC compressors.
