Accommodations
Ahead of the forward cabin is the fore peak rope locker. The forward cabin has a large Vee berth, hanging locker, cabinet, and its own access to the head.
As you move aft, the head is to port with shower and a large hanging locker opposite it and more storage. The galley is to starboard and a comfortable dinette (convertable to a double berth) opposite it. Up two steps to the main salon with a fold out double berth/settee to port and nav station to starboard along with numerous storage cabinets and lockers running fore and aft. Under the teak sole of the main salon is the engine. Both heating and air conditioning through out.

Starting forward - there is a custom anchor guard against pilings; manual windlass; striker rail with SS half round; decks repainted by Custom Fiberglass; all ports and hatches replaced with Lexan in 1985; safety glass on main doors; spare prop; Oakum Bay dodger with new glass in 2011; Awning; White compass; inclinometer; oak cockpit grate w/extra pieces; outboard engine bracket; Barient #28 CST primaries; Lewmar #16 2-speed CST secondaries; hydraulic prop lock.


Additional Inventory

This owner has complete documentation for EVERYTHING for the last 30 years - from updates to manuals to spares. He and his wife have kept a meticulous log each time they have used WINDBELL II as they sailed her between Cape Ann and Buzzards Bay.
