Overview

This vessel's floor plan offers overnight accommodations for five adults, two in a private forward stateroom, two by way of a convertible settee, and one by way of a convertible dinette.  The layout also includes a private head compartment with separate shower stall, full galley, cockpit, and spacious flying bridge.  The exterior hull color is dark blue (Awlgrip), white deckhouse, beige non-skid decking, and tan canvas.

The hull is constructed of hand-laid solid fiberglass with alternating layers of mat and woven fiberglass with vinylester resin.  Thickness of the hull varies from 3/8" to 3/4" at high stress areas (such as the stringers) and as much as 1 1/2" in areas requiring more strength (such as rudder port bearings).  The white superstructure is constructed of hand-laid fiberglass with end-grain balsa core for structural rigidity and weight saving.
