Poseidon's salon is accessed from a sliding door large enough to allow engine removal if necessary. To port is a settee with galley forward. To starboard an ice maker and lower helm forward with custom ordered Stidd helm chair. Salon is large and very roomy allowing for various furniture configurations. Below deck is accessed by teak steps with storage locker to port and large head with shower to starboard. Double berth lower and single berth above.

Hull is foam cored above waterline with vinylester resin an outer coat with white gelcoat topsides. Deck framing is all aluminum and engine room access has multiple hatches made of lightweight nida-core which when removed expose entire salon deck. Windows and sliding doors are all Diamond Seaglaze with gray tint. On deck there is a large insulated fish box in the transom with beverage ice box to port and tackle station to starboard. There is a large under deck storage area with water tight hatch.  The lazarette is a water tight compartment with Freeman hatch. A removable door is in the transom. Forward on the bow there are two bomar hatches with four port light windows. All deck framing is aluminum. No wood was used in construction of this vessel except for interior teak trim.
