Every item, even whenever described more than one time in this specification, to be supplied only once. The following materials are excluded from the scope of supply of the Builder: 

All the esthetical and interiors general and detail design;

All the “domotics” gear (LUTRON and similar) due to manage lights, awnings, etc.

Paintings, sculptures and, generally, any art masterpiece;

Navigation charts, pilot books and similar (both traditional and electronic types);

Binoculars, rulers and wheelhouse minute navigation aids;

Consumption materials of any kind, excluding the fuel and lube-oil strictly necessary for the sea trials.

The Builder will take care of duly fitting on board of all the Users supplies under the condition that, due to their dimensions, weight and/or location, do not harm the vessel characteristics and/or performance.

ALLOWANCES

Both the Buyer and the Builder assigned provisional costs or allowance to certain items required in the construction of the Vessel. The matter will be dealt by the Parties as per provisions of the Contract. The Builder's cost to install each item is not included in the Price and makes part of the provisional or allowance cost indicated below. The Builder will take care of duly fitting on board the budgeted items whose relevant agreed costs are the following:

• The electronic communication and navigation appliances: € 400,000.00 (four hundred thousand/00 Euro);
• The “entertainement” items such as TV-sets, “home theatre”, and similar out of the: € 350,000,00 (three hundred and fifty thousand/00 Euro);
• The galley/pantry gear (the laundry one is excluded from this allowance: € 100,000,00 (one hundred thousand/00 Euro);
• All the lighting spots, courtesy, and similar: € 150,000.00 (one hundred and fifty thousand/00 Euro);

• The tenders and toys: € 250,000,00 (two hundred and fifty thousand/00 Euro);
• Mattresses, pillows, blankets, linen and fabrics for the cabins stated under chapt. A.3 hereinafter, outside mattresses, pillows an covers: € 400,000,00 (four hundred thousand/00 Euro);
• Marbles – bathrooms accessories & outfitting: € 300,000,00 (three hundred and fifty thousand/00 Euro);
• Cutelry, forks, spoons, dishes and similar for mess: € 100,000,00 (one hundred thousand/00 Euro;

• Mooring/Towing cables out of the ones strictly to be provided as per approved EN; fenders and mooring accessories: € 30,000,00 (thirty thousand/00 Euro)
