Additional Specs, Equipment and Information:

Forward Cabin has a large V-Berth with filler, full length shelves to port, starboard and forward, head sink and vanity to port, chest of drawers to starboard.  Private access to the head compartment which is also accessible from the salon.  The head compartment has a fold down teak seat, and custom “water shed” panels designed to keep the head compartment dry during showers.  There is a large hanging locker opposite the head compartment with custom storage cabinets outboard.  The main salon is very spacious with full length settee berths port and starboard, with a large drop down bulkhead mounted table on the port bulkhead.  The port settee has storage underneath, outboard and book shelves over.  It also pulls out to form a large double berth.  Underneath the starboard settee there is a large, well insulated custom top loading “deep freeze”, storage outboard, cabinets over.  The large U=shaped galley is aft to starboard, outboard facing nav. station to port with custom chart  stowage, wet locker port side of the companionway.

Westerbeke 4-107 Diesel with 3743 hours (hour meter on engine panel is in-op at 781.6 hrs.  A new hour meter is mounted at the Nav Station.  Paragon transmission was rebuilt by the manufacture in 1997.  New fiber glass fuel tanks-2000.  The marine toilet has a discharge system that will allow an owner every option to accommodate any situation; i.e., overboard discharge, holding/mascerator discharge.
