V-berth cabin forward with filler piece to form a double berth. Next aft to port is the enclosed head with marine toilet, stainless sink and shower. Main salon has an L-shaped settee to port which extends to form a double berth. Centerline table in main salon. To starboard is a hanging locker and storage drawers and straight settee with storage shelves outboard. Aft to port is the u-shaped galley with nav station opposite and large single quarter berth aft.

Features an "U" shaped layout with a gimbaled three burner stove & oven. Single stainless steel sinks with hot and cold pressurized water. Refrigeration, storage lockers, and cabinets.

Designed by Carl Alberg, the Cape Dory 36 offers a diverse, passage capable vessel that is both comfortable and easy to handle. As with all Cape Dorys’, the construction is robust throughout with special emphasis on quality joinery and an efficient use of space.

Equipped with a self-tending headsail, the CD36 can be easily sailed short handed.

The full keel with a cutaway forefoot ensures solid maneuverability and kindly motion offshore.
