Accommodations
Owner's version layout with two private staterooms with ensuite heads. This is a very open floor plan with generous common areas and good traffic flow. The teak joinery and parque sole are in good condition and blend well with the tasteful upholstery. Three air conditioning units with separate controls provide excellent comfort. An intercom system allows easy communication between the interior and the helm.

SALON - Furnished with a large L-shaped settee to port and complemented with a beautifully varnished teak pedestal table with hand painted Marlins The electrical panels are also fitted to port and further forward is the entertainment system above and new wine cooler below. The starboard side of the salon is furnsihed with two lounge chairs and a large counter top which divides the salon from the galley.

GALLEY - A U-shaped configuration located three steps down from the salon on the starboard side. This is a very functional space with plenty of counter space, storage cupboards and all the ammenities. See separate section below for details.

FORWARD STATEROOM -Furnished with a large centerline berth with steps on either side, numerous storage drawers and cabinets and a hanging locker to port. There are shelves atop the cabinetry to port and starboard and a large deck hatch above the berth. The ensuite head is located aft on the port side and can be entered from the stateroom or the galley. The head is equipped with a marble topped vanity with sink and storage cabinet, vacuum flush marine toilet, mirror and tiled floor. A separate shower stall is further aft. Two opening ports provide ventilation to the space.

AFT STATEROOM - Located four steps down from the salon and occupying the full width of the yacht this space if furnished with a centerline queen berth which has several storage drawers below. There is a full length cabinet to starboard with a shelf on top. The ensuite head is situated to port and features a marble topped vanity with sink, storage cabinet, vacuum flush toilet, mirror, tiled floor and separate shower stall. Aft of the head there is a large walk-in closet with hanging rack and shelves.

DECK - In addition to the spacious interior this yacht offers several accommodating spaces on deck including the fishing cockpit. There is a roomy covered aft deck with new furniture, fully enclosed helm and flybridge.
