Ausstattungen / Equipment BUILDING MATERIAL Hull and superstructures are in GRP with longitudinal and transversal reinforcements according to Rina regulations. GRP is externally covered with polished gealcoat. The boat is provided with water resistant bulkheads fore and aft next to the engine room. The building package, which includes marine plywood but also dopes, together with the care of the connection to the structure, becomes a barrier against fumes, noises and temperature. Structural tanks for fuel, fresh water, grey and black waters are in GRP. All windows are waterproof and made of tempered crystals light grey coloured. Portholes are in stainless steel, according to CE regulations. Furnishings are in marine plywood covered with wood which can be chosen by the custom according to the yard samples. Natural stones are used for heads and kitchen top; Marine plywood covered with first quality wood is used for compartmental bulkheads of cabins, heads and doors; Marine plywood is used for internal flooring in wood/carpeting while natural teck for outside areas

Technische Ausruestung / Technical Equipment in the ENGINE ROOM are placed engines, current generators, engines, generators and service batteries, 2 air intakes for air circulation provided with emergency remote closing, 2 air extractor, 500 w each, for air temperature regulation, 2 engine exhaust mufflers according to CE regulations; wall equipped with control panels for engines stop/start, main electric panels 24V e 220V, the inverters to use batteries on 220 v supply, battery chargers; bilges centralized electric pumps, fire extinguishing and chain washer, black water sewer, grey water sewer with by-pass for emergency pump discharge; fuel system having spare RACOR filters for the main engines and the electric generators; there are also the hydraulic pump stabilizers, air conditioning electric pump, air intakes filters “MUNTERS”, wheel and gangway, n.1 180lt/h water maker, air compressor. In the aft peak there is the GARAGE Where it is placed a tender 4 mt max and a jet sky Yamaha 1300 o similar. The room is provided with an air extractor with timer, hot and cold fresh water, cable roller for the electric line from the dock and the wheel unit. Garage door, with control from an electro-hydraulic unit, moves horizontally creating a wide private zone with direct access from the cockpit and stainless steel bathing ladder. PROPULSION n. 2 CAT C15 engines 853 hp each with electric starting and inverters ZF 665 with coefficient 3.5:1, shaft propellers in stainless steel AQUAMET 17, hydraulic bow thruster 35hp, mast support with rubber baring hydro lubricated, propellers in Nibral, wheels in Nibral hydraulic servo helm station with cylinder in stainless steel and emergency control, shaft tube water cooled, stabilizer system with electronic control |

Zubehoer / General Equipment EQUIPMENTS Air conditioning system The boat has a 140.000 BTU air conditioning system capable of air-condition each room autonomously. For this purpose are placed fain-coil of different power in the several rooms. Heads conditioning is granted by air stream coming from fain-coil of the corresponding cabin. Fresh water system Fresh water supply has to be done at ports trough connection to the local water supply. Fresh water deposit on board provides for n. 1 3000 lt tank in GRP placed under the structural flooring with the hull bottom. Tank filling has to be done connecting the dock to the fresh water intake onboard. During the stay at the port fresh water can also be filled in the system directly trough the aft intake. Purity is granted by a filter. The system provides for n. 2 20 lt pumps, placed in the engine room, providing pressure to the circuit and boiler filling; The 180 lt/h water maker with control on the main dashboard, is capable of getting fresh water from sea water taken trough an intake placed on the hull bottom. Fresh water is driven to the fresh water system tank through a specific system and is available at all use. All fresh water systems have the double use of hot water, provided by 2 60 lt boilers, and cold one. Water distribution works through 2 main pipes, hot and cold water, and through 2 manifolds easily examinable. Black water system All wc work with fresh water through each own pump. Through proper pipes black waters flow to the 800 lt GRP tank, placed under the floor and structural with hull bottom. In case of emergency, the black water pump activates sending outboard water flown in the tank. This pump works with automatic mode providing the discharge as soon as the appointed level is reached. Through a proper hydraulic by-pass, this function is carried out by the grey water pump. On the deck is placed the outlet for the discharge to authorised trucks in the ports. In the helm station is placed a panel where to control the discharge and the alarms. Grey water system For the deposit and elimination of waters coming from the use of sinks, bidet, showers and kitchen. In particular the system consists of proper pipes according to the current regulations and a deposit made of a 800 lt GRP tank, placed under the floor and structural with the hull bottom. The system is provided with an automatic pump placed in the engine room that, as soon as the appointed level is reached, send outboard the water in the tanks. Through a proper hydraulic by-pass, this function is carried out by the black water pump. In the helm station is placed a panel where to control the discharge and the alarms. Bilge system The boat has a bilge system which consists of self -priming bilge pumps, centralized manual bilge pump and intake suction through engines. In particular self -priming pumps: -suction 1 (S1) fore zone -suction 2 (S2) living spaces area -suction 3 (S3) engine room -suction 4 (S4) crew quarters The centralized manual bilge pump is: -suction 5 (Smc) through manifold with 4 intake suction The engines -suction 6 engine room / left and right engine Bilge pumps from S1 to S4 are self-priming with own level sensor. They convey bilge waters to exhaust manifold, that means outboard. from the main dashboard it is possible to start manually, through switches, those pumps, according to the different area indicated previously. In the engine room is placed a centralized manual bilge pump (Smc) connected to a manifold to which are leaded 4/6 secondary suctions collaborating with the self-priming bilge pumps. The centralized bilge pump starts through a control panel next to it. In case of emergency the bilge can be executed through the engines suction activated manually in the engine room. The boat is provided also with a system collecting oils coming from the several hydraulic machines (gangway, crane, and so on). Through some collecting box placed under these machines, oils are flown through proper pipes to a general collecting area. Fire extinguishing system The sea water system is fundamental for the safety on board in case of fire. Therefore, there is a pump placed in the engine room which direct sea water to 2 fire hoses with nozzles placed fore and aft. In case of fire, the pump is activated by a push button placed next to the fire hoses; through a proper hydraulic by-pass, this function is carried out by the centralized manual bilge pump. The same system granting the fire extinguishing function, through some fire hose outlet placed on the deck, allow the deck and superstructure washing. To grant safety in the engine room and garage has been created a CO2 system, or similar, with supply bottles and 2 distributors in the engine room and 2 in the garage , while fuel supply system and air intakes in the engine room are provided with rapid closing with remote control. N. 8 portable fire extinguisher are placed for an immediate use in the different areas of the deck and below deck. In the garage is placed n. 1 fire extinguisher 5 Kg. impianto di aria compressa costituito da bocchette presa di aria in pressione collegate ad un compressore situato in sala macchine. Le bocchette sono posizionate in sala macchine, nel mobile della falchetta di poppa e prua • fuel system fuel tank structural with the bottom, fuel sight gauge and electric indicator ,separating filters RACOR concerning engines and generator supply. • electrical system main engine starter batteries service batteries n. 2 25 kw CAT generators or similar 24V system for emergency lights and electrical appliances supply dock socket: 220V dc, TV and telephone outlets main electric panel for the management of 220 V 50 Hz system, charge selection, generator starter, dock cable main electric panel for the management of 220 V cc system with magneto-thermal switches to protect single lines n°2 24V-100°battery charger for service and starte r batteries power unit inverter 4000W 24V CC 230V ca 24V cc distribution for emergency lights, electronic appliances and navigation lights
