General Details: Full teak interior (teak is straight-grain quarter sawn), louvered locker doors, teak and holly cabin sole, closet sized hanging lockers fore and aft, and cedar lined lockers. Interior ventilation is provided by six opening ports, four hatches and nine dorade vents, all of which have screens. The interior is well lighted with an additional twelve fixed hull port lights.

Main Salon: Gimballed and hydraulically dampened dinette table is 1 3/8" solid teak, liquor cabinet and ice maker. Cabinets, drawers and lockers.

Owner's Stateroom: Light and airy. Twin berths port and starboard. Twenty-two drawers, eight lockers and a huge hanging locker. The Owner's stateroom has a private bath.

Fore and Aft Baths: Both baths include Mansfield electric Vacu-flush heads, sink with Corian counter top and manual and pressure faucets, good linen storage and separate shower stall.

Guest Stateroom: Two Upper and one lower single berths, hanging locker and excellent storage lockers and drawers.

Galley
Excellent storage in a U-shaped galley. Three freezers, two refrigerators, ice maker, microwave oven, Force 10 3-burner propane stove with oven, double stainless steel sink with Corian counter top, manual fresh and sea water faucets and pressure faucets.

12 volt, 32 volt, 110 volt and 240 volt electrical systems. Two 20 kw Onan generators. Two Smart Chargers (new 2005), twp 60 amp Lamarch constavolts and four inverters. 12, 32 and 110 volt outlets. Custom alarm panel.

Batteries: Two banks 32 volt batteries. One bank 12 volt battery. Aft generator: one 8D gel cell Prevailer. Engine: 12 volt gel cell Prevailer. Forward generator: 12 volt gel cell Prevailer.

Electronics
Navigation Station: U-shaped navigation area with a swivel arm chair navigation seat, abundant chart drawer storage, cabinets, drawers, book shelves and electronics. This area would be the envy of any navigator. There is also a full chart table and navigation area in the cockpit.

Safety Equipment: Bow pulpit, stern rail, double lifelines, two horeshoe life rings, two Switlic MOM 9 man overboard pods, fire extinguishers, Halon automatic extinguishers in machinery compartments, manual and electric bilge and engine driven bilge pumps, fog horn, bell, bilge blower, emergency tiller, life jackets, safety harnesses, flares, bosun's chair, spotlight, EPIRB, Switlik 6 man life raft in a canister. Additional Equipment: Fenders, docklines, cockpit cushions; Dodger, port, starboard and stern boarding gates and boarding ladder; boat hook. Storage on deck is exceptional including numerous deck compartments and a large aft lazarette for stowing gear.

The large sail locker forward has a small work bench area, two deck access hatches and a below deck access water-tight door. Multi-coats varnish exterior 2008. New Bottom Paint 2008, Hull buffed and waxed 2007

Machinery/Systems
Engine/Engine Room: Volvo MD-70B, 185 HP diesel, 1977 engine. 568 gallon capacity aluminum fuel tanks, closed fresh water cooling system. Walk-in engine room painted white with excellent access to all equipment. Emergency engine room exit through hatch in cockpit. Espar diesel heat (water circulating system), tank gauges, and compressor for air horns. Two air conditioners.

Propeller: Hundestedt variable pitch propeller, rebuilt complete 2008.

Fresh Water System: Hot and cold pressure water system and manual water system. 466 gallon fresh water tank capacity. Elaborate bilge and sump pump systems.

Toilet System: Two Mansfield electric Vacuflush systems with two 50 gallon holding tanks.

Water Wash Down System: High pressure water system, fore and aft deck wash systems.
