Accommodations The interior of the yacht is based on a theme of sharp contrasts. The different fabrics blend together through the constant exchange between antique and modern, marked geometry and flowing fabrics, dark colours and light shades. This is the sensation that the visitor experiences as soon as he crosses the threshold of the aft peak on the main deck, which thanks to the special lowered toe rail , becomes a real terrace on the sea with comfortable sofas, so that the wonderful views can be enjoyed. The well stocked bar is available for the owner and his guests to enjoy light refreshments whilst relaxing. Access to the welcoming seating with semi-circular sofas supplied by Giorgetti ( as is all of the free standing furniture) is through a sliding door. A 42” plasma screen is encased by serigraphic crystal frames, which also house the loudspeakers. This separates the main salon from the dining room, which has a round table seating 10 guests. Rosewood geometric inlays break up the dark shades of the mahogany “stripe”, which is the predominant feature of all the furniture and walls throughout the vessel, lightened by the ivory coloured leather supplied by FRAU, for the ceiling and the ivory coloured carpets with “knot motif”. The valuable velvet, linens and chenille soft furnishing fabrics embellished by the silk curtains make a significant contrast with modern geometric inlays. Proceeding toward the bow portside, a pantry gives direct access to modern professional kitchen equipped with everything necessary for high quality catering. The lobby, is amidship starboard side of the vessel and its flooring is in black marquinia marble with white afvon veining with the vessel’s logo – a geometric wind rose – leads to the owner’s suite. The owners cabin includes a private office with Internet access, 42” plasma screen, and videoconference system. A walk-in wardrobe, and a full width master bedroom complete the owner’s private area where black and chrome remerge in the choice of black marquinia marble in the bathroom with a whirlpool bath. A video projector allows for complete enjoyment of the 72” video system, whilst a special cabinet has been specially designed to house the Bryston stereo system. Stairs lead down from the main lobby to the lower deck and guests cabins. Large windows guarantee lots of light to the full width VIP cabin situated amid ship. The light is increased by the frosted glass door, which separates the bathroom with a whirlpool bath from the double bedroom. Two other twin guests cabins and double guest cabin both with shower can accommodate a total of 6 guests. As ivory is the predominant colour throughout the vessel each room is revived by touches of colour which personalise each cabin: green for the double guest cabin, blue and red for the two twin cabins, and gold in the VIP cabin. The crew area, on the main deck, is accessed from the kitchen, and can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 twin cabins. All cabins have bathrooms. There is also a crew mess. The Captain’s cabin is on the upper deck, next to the wheelhouse. The wheelhouse, contains the most advanced on-board communication and navigational equipment An exterior dining area for 10 people, supplied by TIMELESS, allows the owner and his guests to dine in total privacy under the shade of the sun deck. |

COMMENTS Magnifica is striking for the complexity of its computer and entertainment systems. It is a true “motorway of computer science”, and fibre optics. In fact they allow for the transmission of data from every part of the vessel, and at any time can connect to Internet. Its Lutron lighting system is also of a high technological quality, which is able to create the desired ambience via a small control panel, which can be adjusted at any moment. Thus each cabin will therefore be able to create its own ambience with colours of different intensity, whilst the AMX system allows for total integration with every electrical instrument. With the Cisco Telephone System Owner and Guest are able to call everywhere trought two GSM line or trought two Saturn B Sat-Com or trought shore-line connections. The same two Sat-Com dome are able to connect the ship in internet with 128 Kbps for fast connection and Video-cnference. The Sea-Tel TV dome is installed on a rail in order to be able to avoid no signal when the satellite is hide by the mast. |
