THE SUN ODYSSEY 30i SELECTED CROATIAN BOAT OF THE YEAR 2009.
Each year, the Croatian marine magazine, Naucat, organizes a competition for the title of “Croatian Boat of
the Year.” For the 7th year, a jury composed of marine professionals awarded the title once more to a new
model from Jeanneau, selected from among 62 models in competition!
The Sun Odyssey 30i, a new model for 2009, was awarded the
title of “Croatian Boat of the Year 2009” in Category II: sailboats under 33 feet in length.
The jury was no doubt seduced by the clever interior layout and the superior comfort aboard this first model in the Sun Odyssey line.
Offered in multiple versions (keel boat or drop-keel, with hand tiller or steering wheel) and at a competitive price, the Sun Odyssey 30i is adaptable to suit diverse sailing programmes.
THE NEW JEANNEAU SUN ODYSSEY 45DS HAS BEEN DISCOVERED
Two world-renowned naval architects, Philippe Briand (for the interior and hull
design) and Vittorio Garroni (for the exterior design), have partnered with the
Jeanneau Design team and contributed their considerable talents to create the elegant Sun Odyssey 45DS. This brand new addition to the Sun Odyssey line features a fresh, innovative interior design while conserving the hallmark of
a Jeanneau: refinement in every detail.
Entirely conceptualized using CATIA® computer-aided design software, the Sun Odyssey 45 DS boasts many clever advantages and an outstanding performance on the water. Offered in versions with 2 cabins and 2 head compartments or 3 cabins and 2 head compartments, she will be presented in a premier showing at all Autumn 2007 Boat Shows in Europe.

SUN FAST 3200 VOTED "EUROPEAN YACHT OF THE YEAR 2008”
The Sun Fast 3200 is Jeanneau’s brand new rising star. After winning the prize for innovation in 2007, awarded by the German magazine Segeln, the Jeanneau race boat now has been named “European Yacht of the Year 2008” by a jury of European journalists!
Jeanneau received the honour on Saturday, January 19, 2008, at the largest European boat show, in Düsseldorf, Germany. Journalists from 11 European magazines (Badnyt in Denmark; Voile Magazine in France; Batnytt in Sweden; Fare Vela in Italy; Seilas in Norway; Swissboat Yachting in Switzerland; Waterkampioen in The Netherlands; Yacht in Germany; Yachting World in England; Yacht Revue in Austria; and Yate in Spain) voted: The Sun Fast 3200 "European Yacht of the Year" in the category of sailboats over 10 metres.
Conceived by Andrieu Yacht Design and Jeanneau Design, the Sun Fast 3200 is the product of an original, innovative design. Infusion technology yields a strong, lightweight boat that is particularly advantageous in the category of offshore racers, and the Sun Fast 3200 features comfortable interior design features that are not available on other race boats of this size. The Sun Fast 3200 is the synthesis of the one-design intended for races of equal legs in real time and the sailboat designed for
fleet racing under the IRC rating system. With a level rating, the Sun Fast sailboats can race against themselves in real time and against competitors in IRC fleet racing.
This innovative concept has already seen tremendous commercial success in Europe. Case in point, more than 15 Sun Fast 3200s have already been ordered for the next Transquadra ocean race.
