Driving Directions
From points South and West:
Take the New York State Thruway (I90) to Exit 56, Blasdell. Turn right on Route 179 West. Take it to the end, (Ford plant) then turn right on Route 5 East. Take Route 5 East past Bethlehem Steel and up the Skyway (still Rt. 5, an elevated section) towards Buffalo Get off on the 2nd Skyway exit Ohio Street. Follow Ohio Street for about a mile past Tift Farms Nature Preserve then turn left on Fuhrmann Blvd. Straight into the Small Boat Harbor.
From Points East:
Take the New York State Thruway To the end . Keep going on free section and get off on the second exit, exit 51W to route 33, Kensington Expressway towards Buffalo. Stay on route 33 untill you come to Route 198, Scajaquada Expressway two lanes to the right. Take route 198 to the end to route 190. Take route 190 south (left lane) to Black Rock Toll Barrier. Pay .50 Toll and continue on 190 South to the third exit for route 5 Lackawanna (elevated highway at Marine Midland Arena). Get off at the first exit Fuhrmann Blvd. Go straight 8 tenths of a mile and the Small Boat Harbor is on the right.
