Charles Watson Marine Brokerage Department has access to over 1,000 used craft - both motor and sail - through our own listings, associated Brokerages and Professional organisations. Amonst these are Contest and Wauquiez Yachts worldwide for whom we are the only UK Agent, De Valk International Yacht Brokers, EYB (European Yacht Brokerage) and our co-brokers within the Yacht Council.
Charles Watson and Tim D’Alton (ABYA and BMF members) have a combined total of over 50 years of experience behind them in marketing used yachts and have a vast knowledge of the general used boat market. We are able to travel extensively across Europe to list and show boats. We advertise these listings in the general media such as Yachting World, participate at London and Southampton Boat Shows and on our own and co-brokers internet sites. We arrange checking of documentation, VAT, registration, surveys, insurance and preparing your boat for sale.
