CIYB is owned by David Goodner, a broker with over 26 years experince and holds a Master 100 ton USCG Captains license. He is joined by David Quillin and Bob Dalby(100 Ton Master). Combined they bring over 75 years of experience in almost every facet of boating. This experience works to insure that the client is well represented, be they buyer or seller or simply in need of advice on the day to day decisions of boat ownership.
