Cortez Yacht Sales is a Florida State licensed and bonded yacht brokerage located in the historic fishing village of Cortez, FL - south of Tampa Bay. Our office and boat slips are located at a landmark restaraunt on the intercoastal waterway. We offer deepwater slips for our listed brokerage boats and the ability to show them on a daily basis. The staff is educated and dedicted to keeping their customers satisfied with their purchase or sale. We also offer a complete American Sailing Association sailing program through our Cortez Sailing Center.
