Welcome to Cape Yachts at South Wharf Yacht Yard where you can view new yachts and quality brokerage boats year-round on display. Boats are available for viewing indoors, outdoors on our display docks, and in the water on Brokerage Row.
Adding your vessel to our Brokerage Display maximizes your yachts' exposure while reducing your carrying cost.
We offer packaged programs for qualifying brokerage listings that include up to 100% refund of your dockage on Brokerage Row and/or land storage; indoor storage options included.
Cashflow Advantage
Our Year-round Brokerage Display Program offers Owners a way to market their vessel with very little cash outlay for dockage or storage.
With only a minor deposit Owners secure dockage and storage for their vessel while it is on the market and then utilize rebates earned from the brokerage commission to offset up to 100% of dockage and storage costs. Winterization and maintenance are billed as consumed at normal yard rates.
Cape Yachts reserves the right to offer or decline this program at their sole discretion. Desirability, marketability, condition, cleanliness and proper pricing are examples of criterion used in determining application of this program.
