The boat was presented extremely well, being clean, comfortable, well equipped throughout and obviously well maintained. It operated perfectly throughout the 2 week charter and was most suitable for the demands of our cruise to Princess Louisa Inlet and ports between. I was most impressed also with the handover and familiarization which you gave to us, all necessary items were covered clearly and concisely, and the comprehensive operating manual was a useful reference during the charter.

We were also very grateful for your personal help on our arrival back into Bellingham, the airport transfer, the prompt check in on completion of the charter, and the subsequent swift return of my forgotten binoculars.

The entire charter experience was excellent, greatly exceeding our expectations and that includes cruising the magnificent Pacific Northwest. The entire process, from booking, to planning our cruise, through the check-in and vessel orientation, was actually enjoyable. You certainly went above and beyond the call of duty in helping us out with provisioning, answering all of our questions, and offering incredibly helpful advice. Something I have to specifically comment on is the boat orientation/briefing. In other charter experiences I was treated either as a complete idiot or the orientation was provided by someone who really didn't know the boat and didn't much care whether I understood the systems.
