You can either arrange a connecting charter flight to Tortola, Virgin Gorda or Anegada or you can take one of the ferries that travel between Charlotte Amalie or Red Hook, St. Thomas and Tortola. A taxi from St Thomas Airport will take you the next ferry leaving for Tortola.
Ferries from St. Thomas to Tortola only operate during the day. Bare in mind that the last ferry is around 5pm. Ferry service starts at around 7:30am.
