49' Hunter 49, 2008. NOW asking $239,000 from $245,000. Ventana is boat show perfect and extensively upgraded for long term cruising. Her meticulous owners spared no expense when preparing her for their Caribbean adventure which was cut short due to other obligations. Originally from fresh water, last year she was sailed down from the States and so far she has only been sailed less than six months in the Caribbean. This yacht is an absolutely outstanding rendition of this popular offshore capable design. We challenge anyone to show is a better maintained, cleaner or more perfect example and she has now been reduced in price to a level on par with many of her more worn and lightly equipped sisterships. Simply the best buy in the world for one of these beautiful yachts and so do not hesitate to come inspect her. You will not be disappointed! 60' Moschini Mostes 60 1990. NOW asking $245,000 from $260,000. Elinda offers her next owner a great combination of blue water performance and luxurious comfort above and below decks. Her fiberglass hull was built by the famous Italian Moschino Shipyard using the mold for the Ferretti Altura 61. The unfinished hull was then transported to the Mostes Shipyard (a well renowned builder of primary wooden yachts) where she was completely fitted out inside and out and teak laid deck. In her first ownership she was sailed from Italy to the BVI and then onwards to Tahiti and ultimately Sidney, Australia. She remained there for one year before then being sailed from Sydney to the BVI, via the Panama Canal, in only two months and five days.
She has remained in the BVI ever since and was purchased by her current owner in 2002. The current owner, an already seasoned sailor who had owner another large vessel he had Captain chartered for many years, then set about converting the interior of Elinda to offer more comfortable accommodations and then chartered her with his crew from 2005 until 2015 when they retired.
She has received numerous upgrades throughout the years including a replacement teak deck in recent years, I am confident that this vessel will survey out well due to the tremendous experience of her owner and would be ideal for an owner that wishes to cruise in comfort, safety and make great passage times.
Elinda is dry stored in a keel pit here at Nanny Cay Marina each summer and has never suffered any damage due to storms or bad weather.
We welcome you viewing what is truly a remarkable vessel. Email the listing broker Chris Simpson, at email@example.com or call 1-877-310-9458 for information.

33' Bavaria 33 Cruiser, 2006. Cruise Equipped, Very Clean ! Asking $59,000. A great design that is surprisingly spacious, sails very well and is tremendously well ventilated, so particularly well suited for tropical cruising. Owned by a fastidious couple who have really looked after her and have her looking great who have been enjoying cruising and living aboard her each winter in the Virgin Islands for the last couple of years. During their ownership they have implemented some valuable and meaningful upgrades that have enhanced their cruising experience and allowed them to be much more independent cruisers. These include a nice solar array, a modern full sized chart plotter (with a second plotter for redundancy), a new furler for the genoa and, most importantly, a brand-new autopilot in 2016 that she was never originally equipped with.
She is cruise ready and includes a dinghy and outboard, shows beautifully, is cruising the VI’s for the winter and is ready and waiting for her new owners to continue the cruising life. A clean, tidy, well equipped package for a moderate asking price, if you are looking for a cruiser in this size range I would highly recommend you considering her. 50' Jeanneau I50, 1997. One Owner Since New! Asking $149,000. Rarely do we see a one owner since new vessel from this era here, but here is one. The Jeanneau International was the flagship Moorings vessel and only limited number were made. Strong, powerful and a real sailing machine for sure. A galley like no other, especially considering her age, forward stateroom too.
“Wishing Star II’ is without doubt a family remember after all these years and her departure hard to see, but times and adventures move on, so be her second owner and let her show you how she sails! Email the listing broker Clive Allen, at email@example.com or call 1-877-310-9458 for information.
NEW LISTING - 02/06/17
40' Robertson & Caine Leopard 40, 2008. Exceptional Condition! Asking $225,000. This ever popular Robertson and Caine model that was first with the Moorings fleet and then since has had 2 very, very fastidious owners. Yanmar engines, water maker, dingy, outboard and a maintenance records second to none, she is to be seen to be believed.
‘Azure Wind’ is not only the cleanest example of these I have seen, but she has a real ‘warmth’, when aboard her, ideal for a winter home and or live-aboard whilst cruising the Caribbean or over the horizon too. A stunning example. Email the listing broker Clive Allen, at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-877-310-9458 for information.
