Launched by Todd T. Taylor, Bollard Yachts, LLC represents the culmination of a lifetime of yachting experience. Todd has 10 years of experience in the new and brokerage yacht sales industry, and a lengthy career as a professional yachtsman before that. Prior to starting in the sales side of the marine industry, Todd served as a professional, full time yacht captain operating and maintaining both sailing and motor yachts. He held a USCG 100 ton Masters license (after receiving his first 50 ton inland license at the age of 18). Todd also has significant sea-time as a result of numerous yacht deliveries and service as 1st Mate aboard very large yachts. The practical experience earned from a lifetime of indoctrination on the water combined with the professional character gained from being a successful and dedicated yacht broker created a unique foundation on which to build Bollard Yachts, LLC, one that can truly offer an extremely high level of knowledge from which any buyer or seller would benefit.

Designed and built to deliver strong performance and reliance in all conditions, the Salona 45 has a modern underbody and rig configuration so as to be easily driven in light air, yet can confidently be driven hard in the heavy stuff. Overall handling is made simple with well thought out deck plans which make excellent use of modern sail handling equipment from Harken as standard.
This Salona 45 we're offering for sale is a 2004 model boat owned by the builder, which has seen only light, demonstration use and shows as a new boat. She is hull # 38 of the series and served as our display boat at the 2005 and 2006 Annapolis Boat Shows to debut the Salona brand in the US. She is essentially a new boat, has never been titled, and will convey to the new owner as a new boat with all full warrantees in place.
