Welcome to Boatshed Scotland

Welcome to Boatshed West Scotland. We are the latest of Boatshed franchises and are based in the Firth of the Clyde, an area which boasts some of the most spectacular scenic sailing in the UK.

I’ve been messing about on and in the water for the past 30 years. I spent many happy years diving, quite a lot of which was based around the Isle of Mull area. I was bitten with the waterskiing bug in Lake Windermere and had speedboats and eventually got the lust for sailing.

It was the move from motor to sail and after trying to sell my speedboat for a long period of time that I was first introduced to Boatshed who subsequently sold my boat very quickly. The whole process was made easy with the broker dealing with every aspect of the sale; all I had to do was to confirm the details. They took care of everything else.

Selling boats is a serious business and dealing with peoples pride and joy should command the respect it deserves. Being a part of Boatshed made me appreciate how much work and professionalism is carried out by the Boatshed broker.

Every boat is personally viewed by us, we take up to 70 photographs of each boat for sale and we deal personally with the whole sale process including arranging the survey and completing the paperwork.

It has not been difficult to see why Boatshed.com has become the largest used boat brokerage with over 2500 boats for sale and over 325,000 registered users. The concept not only encompasses all the important aspects of boat brokerage; it provides a personal tailored service. It truly is a local business with a global reach.

We are keen to speak with you whether buying or selling your boat or wanting to know more about the Boatshed concept. So please do contact us, we will be more than happy to chat with you.
