- The hawses in cockpit (Through bulwark fairleads with horns) is now recessed into the surface, thus effectively improving the backrest comfort and virtually eliminating the possibility of injury.
- All winches are now Bronze self-tailing HUTTON - ARCO winches with life long warranty, which compliment the HCY custom bronze fittings.
- The Teak decks are now laid without screws, eliminating leaking problems and extending the useful teak deck life.
- The two initial (outside) hull layers are made entirely with vinyl ester resins.
