ICE Yachts are a new introduction in the North American market that represent state of the art design and construction methods that produce a sailing yacht with grace, beauty and above all else, quality.
The ICE 62 is beautifully designed, constructed and detailed to the eye. The hull and deck are laminated with resin infusion using glass-carbon fibers with epoxy resin and PVC foam core composite sandwich with differing densities and thickness in higher load areas.
However aside from the high tech constructions details, it is the interior of these boats that sets them apart. Special attention has been given to colour and materials selection for the owner. Quality and finish are a key part of the Ice Yachts philosophy. Each yacht is personalized to the owners' tastes.
Offered in several versions, the interiors represent ICE Yachts interpretation of how style may be combined with the functionality for spending longer periods of time at sea. You can find the formula that suits your needs in either a 3 or 4 cabin layout, crew cabin or sail locker, all with the right ventilation and large storage spaces for personal belongings.
The ICE 62 is available with an optional Lifting Keel version that significantly diminishes draft when returning to port but allows for the tremendous performance level of a deep fin keel.
The interior is done in a clean, modern style with extensive use of solid woods, careful furniture design and wood veneer orientation choices providing luxurious and refined interiors without the loss of offshore features.
If you are an offshore sailor or an experienced sailor who appreciates solid quality coupled with the finesse of Italian styling, you owe it to yourself to consider this as your next dream.

The Ice 62 is an evolution of the Felci designed Ice 61, which has excelled in numerous international regattas including the legendary transatlantic rally, the ARC.
All materials, construction, components and equipment on the Ice 62 are engineered, designed and built to provide maximum safety and long lasting sailing enjoyment. The concept of the boat and her manufacturing care are optimized to yield a performance boat with all of the comforts of an offshore cruising yacht.
The 62 is beautifully designed, constructed and detailed to the eye. The hull and deck are laminated with resin infusion using glass-carbon fibers with epoxy resin and PVC foam core composite sandwich with differing densities and thickness in higher load areas.
A three step infusion process (outer skins infused, cores vacuum bonded, inner skins infused) is utilized since it obtains optimal control of the laminate featuring a low resin to fibre ratio of 35-40% which maximizes the mechanical properties and characteristics of the laminate while minimizing weight.
The localized reinforcements are made with unidirectional and biaxial carbon fibers. The structures, both longitudinal and transverse (bulkheads and floors), are entirely vacuum laminated in an epoxy sandwich using glass-carbon fibers and PVC foam cores with varying densities. The chainplates for shrouds, forestay and backstay are fabricated from composite and stainless steel.
The Ice 62 truly is a very special boat.
