The Hull, Deck, Bulkheads and Stiffners are made from multi and unidirectionnal glass fibre constructed using vinylester resin.
Incorporating a foam core over a female tooling mould. All laminations are carried out using vacuum assisted infusion techniques for perfect resin/fibre ratio's, to keep weight at a minimum and ensure lay-up quality.
Prepreg carbon fibre rudder stock and blade, vacuum bagged and cured at high temperature. Composite Tiller, twin pedestals on request. Rudder Bearings to be high quality self aligning roller type JP3 Type 4 or equivalent.
