Northwest 90

The Northwest 90's standard layout is for 3 staterooms plus a generous sized captain/crew quarters that could easily be used for a 4th stateroom where a paid captain is not employed.  The area behind the pilothouse is currently configured as a "skylounge" with a sleeper sofa but the area is large enough to make it an additional stateroom per an owner's request.  The drawings show the staterooms to have king or queen size berths but twin or bunk beds are also easily configured.

The Northwest 90, like all Northwest expedition series boats has a steel hull and an FRPsuperstructure.  We believe that steel is, by far, the best material to be used for a true ocean-going vessel.  With the amount of debris in the water as well as the risk of cruising in remote areas where charting may not be as accurate as we would like, steel affords an extra margin of safety.  And today's construction techniques and high quality coatings make steel as beautiful and durable as FRP.
