This Hanse 505 was commissioned in February with an MSRP of $635K, and unfortunately the current owner must sell her now. The owner has spared almost no expense in outfitting her with factory options, and she has only seen time at sea during the initial new boat training and her delivery from San Diego to Alameda, CA. The warranty period has only just begun, and JK3's bow to stern maintenance program is only two months old. This is one of very few opportunities that one may get to see a brand new boat priced this far below MSRP.
The 505 is the most recent design from Hanse Yachts. She was developed as the 'little sister' of the brilliantly popular 575, and includes the builder's intelligent deck layout, great sailing performance, and a spacious interior layout that will make you feel right at home. Hanse Yachts have a growing presence in the United States thanks to a popular combination of sailing performance, cruising comforts, quality construction and clean, practical designs.
