The 2100 features the most cockpit space in its class with 6-inches of extra space between the aft bench seat and bucket seats.

RTM (resin transfer molded) fiberglass hatches are equally finished on both sides; superior strength is a perk as well.

Bare fiberglass or plastic coaming panels are acceptable for some manufacturers, but Regal isn't among them. Stitched vinyl, mahogany or brushed aluminum accents and custom vertical embossed upholstery adorn the 2100's interior for a plush look and softer feel.

The 2100 is able to achieve performance numbers with a 4.3 liter that rival competitors' 21-foot bowriders with a 5.0 liter. The Regal 2100 powered by a Volvo 4.3 GXi SX with stainless propeller achieved a top speed of 49.6 MPH. As reported in Boating Life
