63' X 28' NEW Christensen Steelhead Boathouse Well size 52' X 16' X 20' w/electric door, steel stringers, steel siding-roof, entrance rollers, 50 amp service, remote monitored fire-smoke-heat alarm system. 4 X 8 sheets of plywood complete the interior walls and the 20' ceiling is finished in white. The latest high intensity fluorescent lighting complements the interior. Full length (Not spliced) fresh cut logs were used for construction. Foam flotation.
