The Yacht shall be designed and constructed in a manner fit for its intended use and it shall be able to be put safely to sea in all loading conditions. It is intended that the Yacht be used as a luxury private Yacht for world wide deep sea cruising and that the Yacht, including all systems, equipment and outfitting shall in all respects be suitable for such service. Particular care is to be taken to ensure that the Yacht be fit for use in tropical conditions. The Yacht and all equipment and systems fitted on board with the exception of the air-conditioning plant, shall be able to achieve or supersede the continuous output ratings stated in the Technical Specifications.
