The ArrowCat 30 is hand-built by an experienced team using the best available US and European components & materials. From the 100% tinned wire harnesses to DNV/Lloyds recommended resins and fiberglass, ArrowCat exclusively utilizes leading manufactures for all its components. For instance, the fuel tanks are made of aircraft grade 5052 aluminum (in the US) and water tanks are FDA approved and also made by premium US manufacturers, The ultra-UV protected gelcoat is provided by Ashland and all hardware and rails are 316 grade stainless steel. No Expense is spared and every detail has been thought of, such as the windshield system which is a double welded, yacht grade product from Taylor Made window systems. Skilled craftsmen, supervisors, and engineers assemble the ArrowCat 30 at a state-of the-art facility in China. The fiberglass hull lay-up is comprised of 22-layers of hand-laid fiberglass using advanced composite engineering by High Modulus. High Modulus is internationally renowned for their leading edge technology and winning World Cup sailing structural designs. The composite structure of the boat has been engineered by the internationally renowned company High Modulus.
