What is a Rackominium?
Rackominiums are individually owned deeded fee simple real estate rack storage (condos) for your boat. They are the easiest way to handle motor cruisers less than 41' and 24,000 pounds. They can be open air racks, covered, three-sided buildings or completely enclosed and climate controlled. Special crane systems, lifts and forklifts are lifts are used to safely haul & store or lift and launch your boat as often as you wish to use it. Whether it is once every couple of weeks to several times a day, these facilities provide you the same access to the water as a wet slip
but provide equal or better protection than if you had your very own boat lift.

For those of you who like to give your boat that extra TLC we can also coordinate a full detailing or cleaning. (see additional services ).
- Lounge… We have a new 1000 sq ft. owners lounge complete with A/C, complimentary WiFi, computer station, Plasma TV, Weather reports, outside deck, adjacent restaurants, granite, sitting area, upscale new furnishings and décor, and business services all available for your use.
- Family style bath and showers… How about a nice hot shower in our new spacious marble restrooms and showers for men and women after a long day on the water? Why not make the drive home feeling relaxed and refreshed?

What is a Rackominium?
Rackominiums are individually owned deeded fee simple real estate rack storage (condos) for your boat. They are the easiest way to handle motor cruisers less than 41' and 24,000 pounds. They can be open air racks, covered, three-sided buildings or completely enclosed and climate controlled. Special crane systems, lifts and forklifts are lifts are used to safely haul & store or lift and launch your boat as often as you wish to use it. What is a Rackominium?
Rackominiums are individually owned deeded fee simple real estate rack storage (condos) for your boat. They are the easiest way to handle motor cruisers less than 41' and 24,000 pounds. They can be open air racks, covered, three-sided buildings or completely enclosed and climate controlled. Special crane systems, lifts and forklifts are lifts are used to safely haul & store or lift and launch your boat as often as you wish to use it. Rackominiums are individually owned deeded fee simple real estate rack storage (condos) for your boat. They are the easiest way to handle motor cruisers less than 41' and 24,000 pounds. They can be open air racks, covered, three-sided buildings or completely enclosed and climate controlled. Special crane systems, lifts and forklifts are lifts are used to safely haul & store or lift and launch your boat as often as you wish to use it. Whether it is once every couple of weeks to several times a day, these facilities provide you the same access to the water as a wet slip

What is a Rackominium?
Rackominiums are individually owned deeded fee simple real estate rack storage (condos) for your boat. They are the easiest way to handle motor cruisers less than 41' and 24,000 pounds. They can be open air racks, covered, three-sided buildings or completely enclosed and climate controlled. Special crane systems, lifts and forklifts are lifts are used to safely haul & store or lift and launch your boat as often as you wish to use it. Whether it is once every couple of weeks to several times a day, these facilities provide you the same access to the water as a wet slip

What is a Rackominium?
Rackominiums are individually owned deeded fee simple real estate rack storage (condos) for your boat. They are the easiest way to handle motor cruisers less than 41' and 24,000 pounds. They can be open air racks, covered, three-sided buildings or completely enclosed and climate controlled. Special crane systems, lifts and forklifts are lifts are used to safely haul & store or lift and launch your boat as often as you wish to use it. Whether it is once every couple of weeks to several times a day, these facilities provide you the same access to the water as a wet slip
but provide equal or better protection than if you had your very own boat lift.
The concept is much the same as a condominium except that it is a home for your boat and based upon the land that the rack sits on and the structure itself (like a condo). These slips and racks are located in highly landscaped, well-lighted and gated marinas, each with a complete amenity package. Privileges of Rental Membership - Unlimited Hauls and Splashes… With a simple phone call, fax or email we can have your boat fueled and floating within our two hour goal. Membership at the club allows for unlimited in/out as you desire with easy access.
- Complimentary wash down of hull… After each use of the boat, all members will receive a
complimentary wash down of the outside hull. This service also includes a fresh water engine flush to help keep your engines healthy and reliable.
- Full Wash and Detail Plans… Everyone likes a clean boat. As a club member you can participate in our monthly wash plan. Let our staff keep that prized boat clean and ready to use. For those of you who like to give your boat that extra TLC we can also coordinate a full detailing or cleaning. (see additional services ).
- Lounge… We have a new 1000 sq ft. owners lounge complete with A/C, complimentary WiFi, computer station, Plasma TV, Weather reports, outside deck, adjacent restaurants, granite, sitting area, upscale new furnishings and décor, and business services all available for your use.

- Bait and supplies... All the good local fisherman always say it’s about the bait. You can’t catch ‘em unless you have the right bait. We make it easy by having a fresh supply of live and frozen bait including frozen shrimp & ballyhoo. We also carry live pinfish, crabs and shrimp.
- Drinks and ice… We can fill your coolers with cold soda, water, beer or wine, and keep it cold with plenty of ice. Just let us know at the time you request your splash and we will have your boat iced down to keep the drinks cold and the bait fresh.
- Mechanical and repair services… Realizing that keeping your boat maintained is the key to happy and safe boating, we are here to help with your entire repair or maintenance needs. Between our professional staff and our certified mechanics we can help fix any mechanical issue you have big or small.Security system… We have a brand new state of the art monitored security system which includes a laser fence around the yard perimeter and allows for after hour access. Go home knowing your boat and valuables are protected around the clock.
- Ample Parking… With ample parking for all of our members you never have to worry about
where you are going to park your vehicle. Let our valet service pick you up no matter where you park in the
marina. - Member satisfaction tracking… We want you to be happy and we want to know how you feel. We will be taking member satisfaction surveys on a regular basis and tracking how we are doing. It is our goal to be the best in the business and to make sure you our valued members are happy with all levels of service.Charge Account… All of our members will enjoy the ease of an in-house charge account. With your credit card on file we will be able to bill you at one time for all of your purchases. Just sign a receipt and off you go for a day on the water.
