Ameracat 33 Twin Engine
Manufacturers description;

Each AMERACAT is custom built with Hand Laid stitched fabrics, foam core construction and NO WOOD!

The twin Catamaran Hulls are filled with closed cell foam for UNSINKABLE Flotation and the entire AMERACAT hull is built in the mold as one monolithic part with no glued or screwed deck joints to fail. 


Marine Grade UV Stabilized Gel Coat on the Exterior.
Marine Grade UV Stabilized Gel Coat on the Interior with Anti-Skid for sure footing.
The Hull is constructed of Stitched Biaxial and Triaxial Fabric for bullet proof strength.
2mm Coremat Xi is used in the side of the hull to ensure a smooth finish free from print through.
3" PVC Rigging Tubes are Glassed into the Hull that run Bow to Stern.  Each Hull is filled with Closed Cell Foam.
3/4" Airex High Density Foam Board is used for the Cockpit Sole (floor).(1 1/2" Airex for the 31' & 33') 
2" Ultra High Density Foam encapsulated in Stitched Fabric makes up the transom. 
Polyurethane Foam is also encapsulated to form a structual Gunnel that can accept rod holders. 
Our Rolled edge design is stronger than a shoe box hull to deck joint used by other builders.
