Dencho Marine Dencho 44

The Dencho 44 is a very powerful ultra light rocketship designed by Tim Kernan and built by Dennis Choate of Dencho Marine. The Klub 44 will be especially fun to sail downwind when the wind is up with her asso spinnaker. Sailing in excess of 25 knots boat speed while running will not be uncommon. She is outfitted with the best hardware in the business. Both her custom carbon fiber mast and boom are built by Hall Spars. Her winches, jib leads, mainsheet traveller, and blocks are all built by Harken USA. She has a Yanmar diesel engine with sail drive that powers her at 8 knots. She will be incredibly fun to sail both around the bouys or on your favorite down wind yacht race.
