The boat is presented in superb condition throughout and benefits from a major upgrade to her already extensive specification ready for the 2012 / 2013 seasons. Currently lying afloat on the owner's private mooring in Menorca, the boat is available for immediate delivery and represents a considerable saving on the equivalent new yacht.

DESCRIPTION:
'One IV Life' was sold by us from new, the current owner purchased the boat in 2011. Since his purchase he has upgraded her substantially from the already high standard specification in preparation for the 2012/2013 seasons. Details of the extra options fitted, under our supervision, can be found in the main description. The boat is only for sale as the owner is purchasing a larger Explorer Motor Yacht pilot house design from us.

Initially the boat remained in the U.K. but she has recently been moved to the owner's private mooring in Mahon - Menorca.

The Clipper 48 is a high quality, hand crafted, Semi dispalcement Trawler Yacht offering exceptionally comfortable living in a very well thought out interior. In true trawler yacht fashion the design features a large cockpit, good all round access with wide side decks and easy access to the spacious flybridge and boat deck areas.
