The Beneteau Antares 30 Flybridge offers 6 berths in 3 cabins. The forward cabin with approx. 1.84m headroom offers a double berth, with ample storage space with a hanging locker, small dressing table with storage, storage lockers under the berth and shelving either side. Wall mounted TV/DVD with a Vision plus digital antenna and aerial booster.
The Heads compartment has a Jabsco toilet with holding tank. A wash basin with hot and cold pressurised water and a shower mixer tap that allows the heads to be used as a wet room. There is also a storage cupboard.
There is a Guest cabin with 1.90m headroom that has two single bunks, a storage locker and storage space beneath the lower berth.
The Saloon with 1.90m headroom has the lower helm position with a co-pilot seat opposite and a dinette with a large saloon table to Port that converts to make an additional double berth. There are lots of storage lockers. The whole boat has a feel of luxury and comfort which is enhanced by the Webasto diesel cabin heating and the TV/DVD players, can be moved into the saloon for relaxed viewing. A Pioneer radio and stereo system has speakers in the saloon and aft cockpit area.
Opposite the dinette is the galley with laminated worktops, stainless steel sink with hot and cold water that is heated from the engine via a heat exchanger or 240v immersion heater. The galley has an ENO 2 burner gas hob and oven, an ENO 750Watt microwave oven, a 65L WAECO CR65 front opening 12v fridge, storage cupboards with cutlery drawer.
Access to the aft deck is gained via sliding doors from the saloon. The aft deck is spacious with wooden deck finish, storage lockers, access to the side decks and access to the rear entry door which leads to the wooden covered bathing platform. The aft deck has a full cockpit enclosure, with cushions and a floor mount that allows the saloon table to be used in the cockpit. The lazerette containing the life raft with ample space for fenders and cushions.
The flybridge is accessed via stainless steel and wooden steps leading up from the aft deck. The flybridge is designed for cruising in comfort with a large saloon/sun deck and a upper helm steering position with full controls and chart plotter. Flybridge cushions and removable table allow for a relaxing environment.
This Beneteau Antares 30 Flybridge has a Volvo D6-370 turbo, six cylinders, freshwater cooled 370hp diesel engine located under saloon floor. Engine has completed 424 hours as at 16th April 2015. It has a shaft drive via P-bracket to a four blade fixed AB2 propeller (new 2014) with rope cutter. Freshwater cooled via heat exchanger. Single lever controls at both helm positons. 375 litre plastic fuel tank. Engine was professionally serviced 16th April 2015. Volvo fuel computer was also fitted in April 2012. She will cruise comfortably at 19 knots and has a max speed of 26 knots. She uses approx. 45L per hour giving a cruising distance of approx. 150nm. A Maxpower CT60 5.8HP bowthruster and SidePower SE40 stern thruster, rudder indicators, and QL Trim tab system with dual controls, i.e. at upper and lower helm have been fitted.
2 x 12 volt 140 Ah batteries (1x engine + 1 x domestic) 1 x 12 volt battery dedicated to the bow thruster approx. 4 years old, charging from alternator and battery charger via a 240v shore power system with ring main and immersion heater. A galvanic isolator with remote status monitor has been fitted. There is also a NASA compact battery monitor fitted for the service battery.
