BUILDERS REMARKS: The Leopard 46' is the perfect compromise in between comfort, speed, ease of handling and ease of maintenance. Morelli and Melvin did a fantastic job in designing a fast hull, and the interior designers drew up the most comfortable lay out you could wish for. This model has been amongst the best selling mid forty foot catamarans since its introduction in 2007.

BROKERS REMARKS: "Balam II" is simply stunning. Seeing this yacht in person, you witness how a private yacht should be maintained. Every area of the yacht shines, and no expense has been spared with the upkeep and additions to this superb owner’s version catamaran. Upgraded Yanmar 4JH engines, electronics, spinnaker, storm sail, and modern yet tastefully appointed furnishings. This yacht has an inside inside forward facing navigation station with autopilot remote, new bottom paint Feb 2011 and has never been chartered.
