"ILSE" was bought as a Brokerage Boat through Linssen Yachts B.V in June 2016.

The Grand Sturdy Sedan is accessed via a transom door from the bathing platform where you enter the large aft deck with full hood cover, seating, large storage space under the teak floor and access to the wide side decks.
Through the double teak doors into the Saloon. This area is filled with lots of natural light from the large windows (all with curtains) and fitted out in cherry wood. To port you have the Galley with a large sink and mixer tap set in the Corian worktop, ENO 3 ring gas hob, Smev oven and grill, 3 x plug sockets and TV socket plus large cupboards and drawers for storage.
Opposite you have the 'L' shaped settee covered in cream leather which can be easily transformed into a double bed thanks to the Linssen Easy Convert system. Large table which can be fixed or left unfixed, 2 x flexible style reading lamps, Sony CD/Radio player. 2 x speakers in ceiling. Engine access under floor along with tank access. Next to the settee you have the desk/chart table with folding chart holder, arm chair style seat upholstered in cream leather. With large shelf and main control panel with Eberspacher Airtronic and Inverter controls next to the desk.
Back to port you have the helm with large helmsman seat in cream leather with Waeco fridge built in under with concealed cupboard door. The helm has all main controls and gauges including bow thruster joystick control and remote control, Raymarine C80 Chart Plotter, Tridata and Auto pilot with smart remote control.
Down 2 steps to you have a hanging locker to starboard and to port you have the head with Jabsco electric flush toilet, basin and mixer tap, vanity mirrors and plenty of storage. This is also is an en-suite for the forward cabin.
The Forward Cabin has a double island berth with combi spring mattress and storage to either side, reading lights and escape/vent hatch above. En-Suite shower compartment with bench seat and wall mounted shower unit.
The boat has currently been set up for the winter season with the engine winterised and the full winter cover fitted. Please call to arrange a viewing and access will be arranged to view the boat.
