This brand new design was a bench mark for Hatteras with this completely resdesigned MY for the Owner /Operator. Hatteras set out to remake the all popular 64 MY and relauch in a more compact and user friendly MY , that can easly be operated by a single couple without crew. The was custom built for a very experienced and seasoned yachtsman with painstaking detail paid to ease of operation and a Luxury Yacht feel. Her elegant interior and very custom interior doors, along with her rich decks and full exterior walk aroundsm makes the 60 MY the "Next decade of motor yachts" with Hatteras quality and design . With fuel efficient C -18 Caterpillar engines, you can cruise at trawler speeds for exceptional long range and the ability to perform like a sport boat cruising in the low to mid 20 knot range still running at a fuel efficient pace. This hull , was construction with Alexseal Paint which is a polyurthene finish and gives the look of a 150' Feadship and the ease of maintenance of a 30 ' Cruiser. There were no options spared and innovative ideas brought by the owner to the factory to push the envelope to a new and improved design with a fully integrated fuel tank, huge engine layout for ease of maintenance and the aft deck much larger then its rival the 64 MY .
