Equipped with ALL available factory options when constructed, VEGAS GIRL is ready in every respect for her new owners. From her spacious flybridge to her spotlessly clean engine room, VEGAS GIRL has been lovingly maintained and shows as new. Only lightly cruised on the east coast from Florida to Maryland, she has been stored under cover in fresh water at Atlantic Yacht Basin in Great Bridge, Virginia, Massively built by Mirage Manufacturing in Gainesville, FL, yet retaining all of the comforts of home, VEGAS GIRL features a solid fiberglass hull, dependable, low hour 75hp Yanmar diesels, generator, heat and air conditioning, water maker, state-of-the-art electronics and two staterooms, one of which is a unique yet functional watch cabin with a queen berth and ensuite head that is located directly aft of the raised pilothouse. She is configured with a sensible utility room just forward of the engine room. This space is equipped with a work bench, tool storage area, clothes washer, clothes dryer and trash compactor. Additionally, all Racor fuel filters and fuel polishing and transfer controls are located here so that they are easily accessible. Her "Form-Stable" hull design is based on those found in offshore tugs. Inherently seaworthy, she does not require expensive or cumbersome stabilization systems. Her decks and house are cored with buoyant and sound-deadening Nidacore. VEGAS GIRL has abundant storage throughout, including a huge below deck area aft of the engine room. This space is accessed through a watertight hatch in the sole of the aft deck and is capable of holding dive gear, spares, lines, fenders, cleaning materials, cases of stores and much more. Her twin props and rudders are fully protected by large skegs and rudder shoes. VEGAS GIRL draws only three feet, and with no exterior teak, maintenance is much less daunting. Perfect for the cruising couple. Professional Teflon polish and new bottom paint August 2011. OPPORTUNITY! | ||
